Austin is home to the largest urban bat colony in North America. These Mexican free-tailed bats hide out under the Ann W. Richards Congress Bridge, waiting to take flight during the summer months at dusk. For the best seats in the house, go early to the Austin-American Statesmen parking lot and plot a blanket in your chosen spot in the grass. For updates and approximate emergence times, please call Bat Conservation International’s home office number 512-327-9721. Free public parking is available after 6pm. Free parking is available at the Texas Dept. of Transportation parking lot, located at 200 E. Riverside Drive, after 6 pm and on weekends.

Nestled among the trees lining the North San Gabriel River, this year-round course consists of many low team elements, 22 new and exciting high elements (including parallel zip-lines), and two climbing walls. We can also provide special skill workshops including rock climbing or rappelling. The 4-hour program includes: a team assessment of needs prior to the event and four hours of our lower team building initiatives. These activities present the group with a base of discussion for how to improve the productivity and quality of the group.

Williamson County’s Berry Springs Park and Preserve is located on 300-acres along Berry Springs between I.H. 35 and C.R. 152 with the main entrance off of C.R. 152. Berry Springs Park and Preserve is utilized for passive recreational uses including camping, hiking and fishing.
