Crockett Gardens Falls

crockett gardens and fallsGeorgetown is home to one of the prettiest waterfall hikes in Texas! You can find this natural waterfall known as Crockett Gardens and Waterfall by hiking 2.5 miles from the trailhead that begins in Cedar Breaks Park. In order to enter Cedar Breaks Park, you must obtain a day use pass reservation by calling 877-444-6777 or online at recreation.gov/camping/campgrounds/232544. Park your vehicle at Cedar Breaks Park parking area, and then hike to the falls. Be prepared for a rough terrain. The easiest way to access the falls is to kayak!

Amenities at the park include a playground, a splash pad, a dog park, an equestrian arena, the Garey House event space (rented separately), pavilions, two fishing ponds, 4.7 miles of hiking trails, and 4.2 miles of equestrian trails. San Gabriel River Trail (Goodwater Loop)
