El Charito serves authentic Mexican food seasoned with the distinctive flavors of Northern Mexico. Chicken and beef fajitas are served on a sizzling black skillet. The more traditional dishes of enchiladas, tacos, burritos, gorditas, carne guisada, flautas, and quesadillas are all served with traditional beans, rice and guacamole.
