The coffees served at Cianfrani are only 100% premium arabica coffees that represent the top of the world’s crop. These coffees are grown at altitudes above 4,000 feet and whenever possible are shade grown and traditionally farmed. Their premium blends start with the very best single origin coffees and then each blend is slow roasted in small loads to maintain consistent quality and flavor.  Also serving home-made pastries, fresh sandwiches and smoothies.
